A dough scraper is originally a handy tool for bakers, but it is in fact multifunctional in the kitchen. The thing is easy to sweep together scraps of cut-up ingredients! Dough scrapers are made of plastic or metal. You can find them in cooking stores or online.
PS: you can also ask for them at your local bakery. The best bakery around here is Bakkerij Hein Vandenberghe .
